  • Control Box, vehicle sensors, and firewall rental are included in the monthly platform fee for all packages.

  • The Bite Ninja Control Box enables remote order-taking, and integrates with your headset system for easy communication.

  • Depending on your package, additional equipment may also be provided or purchased.

  • ​Since our platform is web-based, equipment options are flexible.

  • ​We ship directly to you, with easy installation instructions. For some extras, like outdoor video display screens, we provide referrals for vendors.

  • Some equipment or hardware may require installation help from a local technician. We can provide a referral, or you can use your own.
